Childbirth Education at Lincoln & Mid Coast Hospitals

This is Part 1 of class. Please also sign up for Part 2 and Part 3 below. All three of your class dates should be in the same month. Join us via Zoom for an in-depth discussion of what to expect when the time comes to give birth to your baby! Please note: the February and June 2027 session will be in person at the hospital. 

In this session you will learn about the three phases of the labor process, how to cope, and how to be a supportive partner. 

Partners/support people are encouraged to attend but do not need to register online. We recommend taking this course between 30-36 weeks if possible.
